The fourth component in the regular monthly downloads at PLR-Content.com is the graphic headers.
If you’re not a graphics wizard but can at least do basic graphics editing, these headers can save you time and money and even make you money. Even if you can’t edit graphics at all, you can use the .jpg files for headers and just overlay text on them on a web page using html and css.
You get Private Label Rights for the graphic images in both Photoshop .psd source format and .jpg format, and may claim authorship and modify them as you see fit. You can use the .psd graphics however you see fit for personal use, you just can’t sell or give away the .psd graphics.
You can, however, create non-.psd graphics (.jpg, .gif, etc.) from the .psd source files. For example, you can create .jpg or .gif headers for sales pages or cover images for eBooks or reports. And you may sell or give away these non-.psd graphics with or without Resale Rights or Master Resale Rights. For example, you can sell the sales pages or cover graphics with eBooks or reports you create.
Probably the most obvious use of these header graphics is for your own web pages and blogs. The pre-built AdSense / Amazon websites that come with your membership are great, but you may also want to create your own niche blogs or websites. These header graphics are perfect for that.
To edit the .psd files, you have a few choices.
The standard in graphics editing is Photoshop itself. You can learn more here:

But it’s not cheap… the suggested retail is currently $699, although Adobe does have a free trial.
There are alternatives. Photoshop Elements is pretty good if you don’t need all of the functionality of Photoshop. You can learn more here:

And there is even a totally free alternative, Gimp:
Gimp is very similar to Photoshop and can edit .psd files.
